Founder Background

Kyle Boddy, a former Microsoft software developer, founded Driveline in 2008 applying a data and technology first approach to player development. In 2019 the Cincinnati Reds hired Boddy directly as Director of Pitching Initiatives — an unusually direct validation of an independent facility's methodology by an MLB organization.

MLB Adoption
